Forbes released the Global 2000 list: World’s Best Employers. From the list of companies, there are 6 major companies from Indonesia.
From the list, state-owned enterprises (BUMN) PT Bank Mandiri Tbk. This state-owned bank is ranked 11th. Bank Mandiri is ranked first from Indonesia.
The bank, currently led by Kartika Wirjoatmodjo, has around 38,307 employees and a market capitalization of US $ 24.1 billion. Bank Mandiri serves corporations, business and commercial, retail and micro, consumer, treasury.
The second in the order of Indonesia was occupied by PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA). The company that is currently fronted by Jahja Setiaatmadja is at number 32 on the scale of the world’s best companies. BCA has 26,962 employees who facilitate commercial and other financial services. BCA’s market capitalization is currently in the range of US $ 40 billion.
