Gold Medal Asian Para Games 2018

Stepping on the fourth day of the Asian Para Games 2018 implementation Indonesia continues to add the quantity of gold which to this day 10 October 2018 has accumulated 8 gold. Three additional gold each won by bowling, ping pong, and athletics.

Bowling sports donated gold obtained from bowler Elsa Maris who successfully won six sets of Tenpin Bowling Women’s Single TPB4 category. In the table tennis category, there was David Jacobs who won a gold medal at the Asian Para 2018 Games in TT 10 class which took place at E-convention Ancol, Jakarta, Tuesday (09/10/2018). As quoted from the official website of the 2018 Asian Para Games, David won the gold medal after defeating Chinese athlete Lian Hao, with a score of 11-4, 7-11, 11-6 and 17-15. The gold David obtained was Indonesia’s first gold for the table tennis branch.

And in the Athletics category, again Sapto Yogo Purnomo won the second gold on the T37 100 meter run after earlier on Monday (8/10/2018) he also became the best in the 200-meter T37 son. He scored the best time of 11.49 seconds while breaking the 11.51 second Asian record of Chinese athlete Yongbin Lian.
